CMS Human Resources
The following lists common CMS HR functions and their corresponding training requirements. Training is offered by appointment (contact Jennifer Stone x3301). To view classes that are already scheduled, view the Technology Training Calendar.
Secuirty Awareness Training and Data Access Request forms are required prior to being granted access to certain functions.

Option 1: Information Security Training
The preferred option is to complete the Information Security training at CSUMB (State-side version) to satisfy this requirement. If you have not taken the Information Security training or need to be signed up for it send an email to informationsecuritytraining@csumb.edu.
Option 2: Confidentiality Statement Form
If you have not completed the State-side Information Security Training you may submit the appropriately signed staff or faculty confidentiality statement along with your Data Access Request Form:

Staff and MPP: CSUMB Confidentiality Statement

Faculty: Access and Compliance Form (Confidentiality Statement)
Route the completed, signed form to the ASM Security Analyst, Mountain Hall Suite D.
Obtain the appropriate Dean/Director signatures. Bring the Data Access Request form to training to obtain trainers signature. Route the completed, signed Data Access Request form to the ASM Security Analyst, Mountain Hall Suite D.
