CMS is the Common Management System, a CSU system-wide project which has implemented a common Financial, Human Resources and Student Administration software system at all 23 campuses. CMS is powered by Oracle/PeopleSoft software.

 Log in to CMS (via MyCSUMB)

• CMS Student/HR (v 9.0) - For students, student assistants, faculty and staff; includes human resources, timekeeping and student administration functions.

• CSU Portal (Finance) (v 9.0) - For staff, MPP and faculty; includes financial management and reporting functions.

• CMS Finance Legacy (v 9.0) - contains historic financial data between July, 2005 and March, 2011.

• CMS Finance (prior to July 2005) - Contains historic financial data.
